Package 1: trust only.
You select your own independent trustee. If you do not appoint an Independent Professional Trustee, you must appoint at least one independent trustee (not a relative).
- Registration of your family trust with the Master of the High Court (Johannesburg or Pretoria)
- Trust deed for up to 5 named beneficiaries and 2 to 5 trustees
- No amendments to the deed, except those arising from your answers to our questionnaires
- Master’s fees
For trusts registered at the Master’s Office in Johannesburg or Pretoria. You must be able to provide an address within Gauteng.
Anything outside this scope is not part of the package. All communication is by email.
