- Registration of your family trust with the Master of the High Court (Johannesburg or Pretoria)
- Trust deed for up to 5 named beneficiaries and 2 to 5 trustees
- No amendments to the deed, except those arising from your answers to our questionnaires
- Master’s fees
- (Pty) Ltd company: a single name application for up to 4 names
- Appointment of directors, share certificates and securities register
- Registration of the company’s address and registration with SARS
- CIPC fees
Independent Professional Trustee: R750 per month, collected separately by debit order. It starts on the 3rd of the month after the Letters of Authority are issued, and is not charged at checkout. The signed debit order instruction must be received before submission to the Master. You may cancel by email by the 25th of any month to avoid the following debit order. The appointment does not include any professional services.
If you want to protect the trust assets from your creditors, it is essential to appoint an Independent Professional Trustee.
For trusts registered at the Master’s Office in Johannesburg or Pretoria. You must be able to provide an address within Gauteng.
