Family Trust + Company – bring your own trustee

Package 3: trust and company.

You select your own independent trustee. If you do not appoint an Independent Professional Trustee, you must appoint at least one independent trustee (not a relative).

• Registration of your family trust with the Master of the High Court (Johannesburg or Pretoria)
• Trust deed for up to 5 named beneficiaries and 2 to 5 trustees
• No amendments to the deed, except those arising from your answers to our questionnaires
• Master’s fees
• (Pty) Ltd company: a single name application for up to 4 names
• Appointment of directors, share certificates and securities register
• Registration of the company’s address and registration with SARS
• CIPC fees

For trusts registered at the Master’s Office in Johannesburg or Pretoria. You must be able to provide an address within Gauteng.
